Older women from the town of Williams, Arizona have created a nude calendar, “The Wild Women of Williams” to raise money for the American Cancer Society and cancer research.
The 12 women were inspired by a similar nude calendar produced by the British “Calendar Girls” women for cancer research a few years ago. A subsequent movie told the story of that nude calandar.
Now this is on a nudist blog, but the truth is, most nudists are not too crazy about the idea of nude calendars, due to the sexual connotations, though they may be slight. For a nudist, it's not that you're nude, but how or why you're nude. That’s a difficult concept for many non-nudists, who can only see nudity as equal to sex. Nudists also find it strange that non-nudists must find an excuse to get nude, rather than just being naked because it makes alot of sense.

Welcome to our new nudist blog!
Yes, we've created yet another nudist-naturist blog. New nudist blogs and websites are appearing online weekly. The internet has allowed people to really develop their interest in nudism, just as the internet has been great for people with any unusual interest, from venus fly-trap breeding to mars colonization. Now many nudists, like us, are becoming publishers - made easy with blogging platforms such as this one (Blogger.com). Are you a nudist with something to say?
